These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the G Events Unlimited website, catalogue, enquiry forms, booking interfaces and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
G Events Unlimited (“G Events Unlimited”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a brand owned and managed by Variety Vintage Technologies Private Limited (“Company”).
By accessing the Platform, submitting an enquiry, requesting a quotation, adding products or services to a cart, placing a booking request, making a payment or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform or our services.
1. Nature of Our Services
G Events Unlimited provides corporate event management, event production, event infrastructure, technical services and related event solutions. Our offerings may include:
- Sound systems
- Lighting
- LED walls and visual solutions
- Photography and videography
- Printing
- Artists and entertainment
- Fabrication
- Live streaming
- Tent house
- Generators
- Projectors
- Exhibition stalls
- Event manpower
- Stage and event production
- Corporate conferences
- Annual day events
- Award ceremonies
- Product launches
- Exhibitions
- Leadership summits
- Corporate gala events
- Team outings
- Other event-related services
The actual services supplied to a customer will be determined by the final quotation, proposal, purchase order, work order, booking confirmation or service agreement accepted by both parties.
2. Website and Catalogue Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information displayed on the Platform is accurate and current. However:
- Product images may be illustrative.
- Specifications may change.
- Availability may vary.
- Prices may change without prior notice.
- Equipment may be substituted with equivalent or better specifications where reasonably necessary.
- Actual event requirements may result in pricing different from catalogue pricing.
- Certain products or services may be subject to venue, city, date or technical restrictions.
Displaying an item on the Platform does not necessarily guarantee its availability for a particular event date.
3. Catalogue Pricing
The Platform may display indicative or standard pricing for selected event essentials. Pricing may be calculated on different bases, including:
- Per item
- Per unit
- Per square foot
- Per day
- Per event
- Per service
- Other applicable pricing structures
Unless expressly stated otherwise, displayed prices may not include all applicable taxes, transportation, installation, dismantling, manpower, venue charges, permissions or other event-specific expenses. The final commercial amount will be confirmed through the applicable quotation or booking confirmation.
4. Enquiry and Quotation
Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking. After receiving an enquiry, G Events Unlimited may:
- Review the event requirements;
- Check availability;
- Clarify technical or commercial requirements;
- Prepare a quotation or proposal; and
- Provide a booking or execution confirmation.
A quotation is valid only for the period stated in that quotation. If no validity period is stated, G Events Unlimited may revise the quotation based on availability, market conditions, logistics or changes in requirements.
5. Booking Confirmation
An event booking shall be considered confirmed only after the requirements have been accepted by G Events Unlimited and the applicable commercial terms have been agreed. Depending on the nature of the event, confirmation may require:
- Signed quotation
- Purchase order
- Work order
- Advance payment
- Written confirmation
- Service agreement
- Any combination of the above
Adding an item to a cart or submitting an enquiry does not, by itself, reserve inventory or guarantee service availability.
6. Advance Payment and Balance Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customers may be required to make an advance payment before services are confirmed. Payment schedules may vary depending on:
- Event size
- Event date
- Service category
- Vendor commitments
- Production requirements
- Venue requirements
- Procurement requirements
The balance payment shall be payable according to the agreed quotation, purchase order, work order or service agreement. Failure to make payments within the agreed timelines may result in suspension, cancellation or modification of services.
7. Taxes
All applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), shall be charged as applicable under Indian law unless expressly stated otherwise. Any government levy, statutory fee, venue fee, permission fee or similar charge applicable to the event may be payable by the customer where specified in the quotation or commercial agreement.
8. Event Date and Availability
Event bookings are subject to availability. A date is not considered blocked or reserved until G Events Unlimited provides written confirmation. Availability may be affected by:
- Prior bookings
- Equipment availability
- Artist availability
- Venue restrictions
- Logistics
- Local permissions
- Force majeure events
- Changes in customer requirements
9. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and timely information regarding:
- Event date
- Venue
- Timings
- Number of attendees
- Event format
- Technical requirements
- Branding requirements
- Access requirements
- Venue restrictions
- Power requirements
- Loading/unloading arrangements
- Permissions
- Other relevant event information
The customer must also obtain any approvals, permissions or authorisations that are specifically assigned to the customer under the agreed scope of work. Delays or additional costs resulting from inaccurate, incomplete or late information may be charged separately.
10. Venue and Site Conditions
Event execution may depend on the conditions and facilities available at the event venue. The customer shall ensure reasonable access to the venue for installation, testing, execution and dismantling. Additional charges may arise from:
- Restricted access
- Limited loading/unloading windows
- Additional labour
- Additional setup time
- Venue restrictions
- Parking charges
- Power requirements
- Security requirements
- Additional shifts
- Extended event timings
- Last-minute changes
Where such costs are outside the agreed scope, they may be billed separately.
11. Changes to Event Requirements
Customers may request changes to the agreed scope. Changes are subject to:
- Availability
- Technical feasibility
- Vendor availability
- Additional costs
- Additional setup time
- Venue restrictions
Any additional services or requirements may be charged separately. Last-minute changes may not always be possible.
12. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation terms will depend on the nature of the event, the services booked and commitments already made to vendors, artists, venues, technicians and other service providers. Unless a separate written cancellation policy or service agreement applies:
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing.
- Any refund will be subject to amounts already committed or incurred.
- Non-refundable vendor, artist, venue, procurement, logistics or production costs may be deducted.
- Advance payments may be non-refundable where commitments have already been made.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after reconciliation of the applicable cancellation charges.
The specific cancellation and refund terms stated in the final quotation, purchase order, work order or service agreement shall prevail over these general Terms.
13. Third-Party Vendors and Service Providers
G Events Unlimited may engage third-party vendors, contractors, artists, technicians, production companies, logistics providers and other service partners to execute an event. We will make reasonable efforts to appoint suitable service providers. However, third-party services may be subject to their own:
- Availability
- Terms
- Pricing
- Operational limitations
- Cancellation policies
- Technical constraints
Where third-party services are included in the customer's approved scope, the applicable commercial and contractual terms may be incorporated into the final quotation or service agreement.
14. Substitution of Equipment or Services
Where necessary due to availability, technical requirements, equipment failure or circumstances beyond reasonable control, G Events Unlimited may substitute equipment, personnel, artists or service providers with alternatives of reasonably equivalent or better functionality. Where a proposed substitution materially changes the agreed scope or commercial value, the parties may agree on an appropriate adjustment.
15. Event Delays
G Events Unlimited is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
- Venue delays
- Customer delays
- Late access to venue
- Traffic or transportation restrictions
- Government restrictions
- Power failure
- Weather conditions
- Public disturbances
- Equipment availability issues
- Third-party failures
- Force majeure events
Where delays result in additional labour, equipment, transportation or operational costs, such costs may be charged separately where applicable.
16. Force Majeure
G Events Unlimited shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Such circumstances may include:
- Natural disasters
- Floods
- Fire
- Severe weather
- Epidemics or pandemics
- Government restrictions
- Civil unrest
- Strikes
- Transportation disruptions
- Power or infrastructure failures
- Acts of terrorism
- War
- Regulatory restrictions
- Venue closure
- Other events beyond reasonable control
In such circumstances, the parties shall attempt to reschedule, modify or otherwise resolve the event requirements in good faith.
17. Photography, Videography and Event Content
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, G Events Unlimited or its authorised event partners may photograph or record event setups, installations and execution for operational documentation, portfolio, marketing or promotional purposes, subject to applicable law and appropriate permissions.
Where a customer specifically requests that event photographs or recordings not be used for promotional purposes, such request should be communicated in writing before the event wherever reasonably possible.
18. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the Company's registered office, subject to applicable law.
